FOLKTOBERFEST 2009 SCHEDULE 

For most of the activities in which you participate you will receive a least one "ticket" as a way to thank you for your interest. Put your name on the back of the tickets and save them until Sunday morning when we'll have the the items out that you'll be able to win. At that time you can choose which bucket(s) to put your tickets in. You may only win one item from each bucket. 

Friday 

3 PM - 5 PM--Registration 

   Pick up event mice, Master Lists, badges, and registration packet 

   Register for contests 

   Deliver pieces for auction and fill out paperwork 

   Purchase additional pieces 

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM--Registration Reception in Room DE--Lots of good stuff to eat here! 

7 PM - 8 PM--Set Up for Swap 'n' Sell and Contests in Room A 

   Set up displays, mouse art, hats, etc 

   Set up to sell pieces 

8 PM - 10 PM-- Come to buy pieces and see what people brought to share in Room A 

Saturday 

8 AM - 8: 30 AM--Set up Table/Center Pieces for Morning Session in Room A 

8: 30 AM - 9: 30 AM--Continental Breakfast in Room A 

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM-- Morning Session 

   Games, races 

      Bring your Hobby Horse, cheese racer, Derby Hats, stuffed/wooden mouse for the "no hands race" 

      Bring your ideas for future FTF Themes 

12 PM - 1 PM-- Lunch in Room DE 

1 PM - 3 PM-- Amazing Race around Clare - Start in Room C 

2 PM - 4 PM-- Bingo in Dubin Parlour Room 

3 PM - 4 PM-- Water races at the Pool 

3 PM - 5 PM-- Wii races in Room C 

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM--Dinner in Room AE with cash bar 

8 PM - ?? -- Live auction in Room BC 

Sunday 

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM-- Coffee and tea available for early risers in Room AE 

9:30 AM - Noon-- Morning session in Room AE 

   Come dressed in your Racer Mouse Costume for the parade 

   Put tickets in bins to win prizes 

   Door prizes 

   Brunch Buffet, drawings and closing remarks
